Mansi Dobariya

Mansi holds a Master of Arts (MA) and joined HCT in 2024, supporting the organisation through her work in HR, administration, coordination, and documentation. In her current role as HR & Administration, she manages recruitment, onboarding and orientation, staff performance monitoring, organisational policies, fundraising support, donor correspondence, and proposal writing. Alongside these responsibilities, her passion for working with children has led her to contribute as an Educator with the Centre for Learning Assistance and Gender Equitable Boys programme, where she works directly with children and young people.
